The hotel restaurant with a club-style bar situated in the main building offers an ambient sitting area with up to 65 seats divided into a smoking and a nonsmoking part. In summer guests are invited to sit in an outdoor terrace overlooking an adjacent golf course and valley. The restaurant specializes in both Czech and international cuisine, including Russian specialties that area prepared according to traditional cooking procedures. Prepared according to the original recipe: roasted in bay leaves, seasoned with coarse salt, and served with Champagne sauce that consists of whipped cream, genuine boletuses, spring onions, garlic, estragon and dry Champagne.
As a side dish we offer potato gnocchi filled with Roman ricotta cheese.
