History
This villa of unique style of architecture was built in 1890 by Messrs. Fellner and Helmer, the famous architects of Vienna who designed some of the most beautiful buildings in Karlovy Vary, such as the Town Theatre, the Emperor Bath etc. In 1934, the villa was almost destroyed by a fire but soon arter, it was repaired and acquired its previous appearance.
